Returns & Exchanges Policy – House of Shreem

At House of Shreem, we understand that sometimes finding the perfect piece takes a little extra effort. We want you to feel completely comfortable and confident in your purchases, and that includes offering a seamless return and exchange policy. If for any reason, a treasure from House of Shreem doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help!

We do not accept any returns. Exchanges are possible within 10 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to immediate availability of the said product since our handloom fabrics take anywhere between 3 weeks to 1 month for creation. For further details about exchanges and how to initiate the same, connect with us at +91 8800503440 between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday. 

 Refunds will be initiated only in case of tears and visible stains. Please note that natural dyes may vary slightly in shade in each lot and might have slight discolouration (these are not stains). These imperfections are proof of the authenticity of the product. To initiate a refund please click an image and a video within 3 hrs of receiving the product.
